We provide residential and/or commercial window cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Services may include exterior and/or interior window cleaning, screens, tracks, frames, and related work if specified.

• Prices are quoted based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change if         conditions differ on arrival.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

• Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of futurervices.

• The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all windows to be cleaned.

• Windows that are blocked, unsafe, or inaccessible may be excluded from service.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe (e.g. severe weather, aggressive animals, structural hazards).

 Window cleaning is weather-dependent. Light rain does not usually affect results, but services may be rescheduled due to heavy rain, high winds, storms, frost or unsafe condition.

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24–48 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge where appropriate.

• We take care while performing our services, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as cracked glass, loose frames, broken seals, or faulty fittings.

• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

 For recurring services, customers agree to ongoing scheduled cleanings unless cancelled with reasonable notice. Prices may be reviewed periodically.

 We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or repeated cancellations.

 By booking or receiving our service, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
